                                                                         Pre-K

Do you have a toddler or preschooler at home? Help get them ready to read with our interactive and fun early literacy kits. The Every Child Ready to Read® program encourages parents to interact with their children using the five practices of early literacy: singing, talking, reading, writing, and playing.  Each kit includes books and activities that promote one of these concepts.

Literacy Kits Circulation Policy

• Kits can be checked out for 2 weeks
• Kits can be renewed ONE time
• Literacy Kits may be borrowed by patrons age 16 and over with a valid library membership in good standing. One per family.
• Kits will be inspected at check out and upon return to make sure all items are included. Patrons will be charged the cost for  replacement parts of missing items.
• Patrons will be charged .50 per day if overdue.  If kit is more than 7 days overdue the patron will be charged the replacement cost of  $100.
