Programs for Kids

The Schoolcraft Community Library offers a wide variety of programs for kids throughout the year including Preschool Story Hour, TOT Time, Brown Bag Story Hour, class visits, Ice Cream Social, Battle of the Books, Literary Lunch, summer reading and after-school programs.

Summer reading included a new program in 2010 for kids in first grade and up called “Tales to Tails”, as well as what is sure to become an annual event, the Fancy Nancy Tea. The library also offers a bi-annual American Girl Tea for girls of all ages.
