The four teams in the Grand Battle are: Peace Out Peppers (Schoolcraft), The Readers That Could (Vicksburg/Sunset Lake), Born to Read (Vicksburg/Tobey), and Book Battalion (Vicksburg/Tobey).

The 17th annual Battle of the Books event will be held at the Schoolcraft High School PAC on Saturday, February 11, with Preliminary Battles beginning at 10 a.m.

I left the library Friday night, and the walls were all standing. I came in Saturday and the walls were gone!

Weird! That’s how it feels to all of us, but yet it feels right too. For now as we prepare for this next leg of the journey we can focus on getting things weeded, sorted, re-organized and packed.
